Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Here’s what we’ve done, and how to tell us when we fall short.

What we’ve done

  • The whole site can be used with a keyboard alone, and the focused element is always visible.
  • Every form field has a real label, not just placeholder text that vanishes when you type.
  • Errors are explained in words and with an icon, never by red colour alone.
  • Quote and appointment status always carries a text label, not just a colour.
  • Text contrast meets or exceeds the 4.5:1 minimum.
  • Touch targets are at least 44 pixels, built for one-handed use on a phone.
  • Photo upload and form progress are announced to screen readers.
  • We honour the system setting for reduced motion.
  • The site works fully in English and Spanish, with the language correctly marked up.

Where we fall short

No website is perfect and we won’t pretend otherwise. If something stops you booking a cleaning — a screen reader that gets stuck, contrast that’s hard to read, a form you can’t complete — tell us and we’ll fix it. In the meantime we’ll gladly take your request over the phone.
