Note for the business owner

This policy honestly describes what the software actually does. It is not legal advice. Before launch, have a New Mexico attorney review it and confirm it reflects your real practices.

What we collect

  • Your name, email address, phone number and the address where the work will happen.
  • What you tell us about the property: size, bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, condition and your priorities.
  • Any photographs you choose to upload.
  • Your history of quotes, appointments, payments and messages with us.
  • Basic technical data such as your IP address, used to rate-limit abuse of the public forms.

Your photographs

  • Photos you upload are stored privately, outside the public part of the website. There is no public web address for them at all.
  • They can only be opened through short-lived signed links, or by authorised signed-in staff. Every time a staff member opens a photo, it is recorded in an audit log.
  • When we process them we strip embedded metadata, including any GPS coordinates your phone may have attached.
  • They are automatically deleted 90 days after the job is completed.
  • We never use your photos in advertising, on social media, or in marketing materials without asking you separately and specifically for that purpose.
  • You can delete your photos yourself from your account at any time.

Why we use it

  • To prepare an accurate quote for you.
  • To schedule, carry out and bill for the work.
  • To communicate with you about your quote and appointment.
  • To meet our tax and accounting obligations.
  • To send you offers — only if you ticked that box, which is never pre-ticked.

Who we share it with

  • Our staff, to the extent they need it to do their jobs.
  • Our payment processor, which handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Our email and text-message providers, to deliver service communications.
  • Where the law requires it.
  • We do not sell your information to anyone. Ever.

Your rights

  • You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • You can correct anything that's wrong, from your account or by asking us.
  • You can delete your photos at any time.
  • You can ask us to delete your account and your data. We'll keep only what tax law requires us to keep.
  • You can opt out of promotional messages at any time without it affecting your service.
