Terms of Service

Quotes and pricing

• Online estimates are preliminary. Your final price is given to you in writing before any work begins.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date they're sent.
• If we arrive and find conditions significantly different from what was described or shown in the photos, we'll talk to you before continuing. We never change the price without telling you first.
• All prices exclude New Mexico gross receipts tax, which is shown separately.

Booking and payment

• A 25% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
• The balance is charged after the service is completed.
• We accept card, cash and check.
• Tips are welcome but never expected, and go entirely to the person who did the work.

Cancellations and changes

• You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
• Inside that window, a $50 fee applies.
• If we arrive and can't get in, a $75 lockout fee applies.
• If we have to cancel, we'll tell you as early as we can and refund your deposit in full.

Access and your property

• You're responsible for giving us a safe method of access and telling us about alarms, pets or off-limits areas.
• Please put away valuables, cash and important documents before our visit.
• We treat your home carefully. If something is damaged through our fault, tell us within 24 hours and we'll put it right.
• We don't move heavy furniture or work above a two-step ladder.

Our work

• If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it at no charge.
• We can't guarantee results on damaged surfaces, permanent staining or pre-existing damage.
